This is a keeper (S2k)
I thought I'd finally create a thread to introduce my S and to detail its progress.
I've had a few fast Hondas and always wanted an S2000. As the title suggests this will be a keeper.
I bought it 13 months ago from a salvage auction, according to the paperwork it was damaged on a track day, possibly at "the ring". I'm planning on updating this thread with pictures of the damage once I find the pictures, the drivers side front corner had hit something, I ended up replacing the wing and headlight and having the whole drivers side sprayed (and replaced the airbag kit)
due to other projects, progress has been very slow but I've now got some time to dedicate to it and enjoy it.
the wishbones were replaced with second hand items just to get it to the paint shop. I've now ordered a new set for the front, replaced all discs and pads and planning a complete service.
Ive had the splitter and spoiler fitted which I think suits the car really well.
Once I've waxed it I'll add better pictures.
I'd be interested to know if the car is known to the forum, it's a 54 plate car with FY in the number plate

You won't see many in red - keep on top of the wax, they don't call it NFR (new fading red) for nothing., Seeing yours reminds me to get my wheels booked in for a refurb back to silver ( you win Lovegroova)

Congrats - good work.
Is that NFR, or the rare metallic one?
Could be the photos, but NFR is more like tomato soup - real tomato soup in the shade, Heinz Chemical Co Ltd stuff in the sunshine (it's got an orange base coat).

Thanks all -
It's definitely Formula Red. It was getting dark when I took the pictures so looks a strange shade.
I am glad I had it repaired, there were a few months where I was prepared to break it for parts!
