Default Recommended me an OBD device / phone app.

I have done some searches over threads from past few years. But as this kind of technology and apps are quite fast moving, Im wondering what is currently the best OBD device and Android app to buy. I would obviously like as much data as possible and be able to read and clear fault codes.

Torque Pro with any Bluetooth adapter will be fine.

Thanks, just ordered it from Amazon Prime and it is cheaper at £11.97 delivered. Now to faff about with the Torque Pro app and then onto Race Render!

Is there a guide out there on how to use Torque Pro App and the more involved bit of linking to Race Render software for track day videos etc.

It's all very straightforward.

In Racerender you just copy the data and video files to your computer and then select them in RaceRender. Then it's a matter of reading the RaceRender instructions.
With some effort, you can do stuff like this:
