I tried the spray stuff on my M3 a few years back, lets just say I got into a real mess with it Overspray with waxoyl is not nice, not to mention it looked like I'd died my hair black by the time I was finished I had much more control with the brush, but it did take a long time. Applied two coats.
I wire brushed the wishbones, sanded them down with wet and dry, then cleaned them with brake and clutch cleaner, one coating of hammerite then applied the waxoyl.

Did you paint wishbones on or off car? Want to remove but if doing that seems silly not to do bushes but don't realy want that expense at moment. Also did u paint over all the brake lines etc?

Now the winter is offically over, I thought I'd give an update on the modifications and maintenance done over the winter months. Car is now taxed and ready
just incase the sun decides to make an appearance this summer
Job Completed:
- 54k Major Service including valve clearances by Honda specialist.
- Lowered - Eibach Springs
- Alignment done
- Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) Removed
- Steering Wheel Retrimmed
- New gear gaiter to match
- New Gear Knob
- Rear Speakers & Harness fitted
- Fitted Black Wheel Nuts
- Centre caps warpped in "carbon" with black H
- Throttle Body Clean and new Gasket
- UK Exhaust Mod - 38mm
- Boot Spoiler Fitted
- Underseal applied to the underside, arches and all of the suspension components
- Brakes Painted
- Taller Wind Deflector fitted
- Red Carpet Set
- Removed rear arch Seals (know to contribute to corrosion)
- Painted inner arch liners to freshen them up
- Stubby aerial
- Last but not least, a full detail.
I've ordered some goodies from the US and got plenty more work planned, but still can't decide whether to keep the car of swap it for a Z4M Roadster, a car I've always wanted, but never made the jump. That said, both cars have their pluses and minuses.

That looks good!
I quite fancy fitting a set of eibachs whilst the Compliance bushes are being replaced. Looks like the perfect drop.
Did you need to fit driveshaft spacers?

No I didn't, debatable whether it's required. However that's part of the goodies coming from the US along with Megan rear toe arms and front steering rack spacers.
