Thanks both, I've ordered a replacement 90 degree pipe as I've cut it a little too short for my liking, but other than that its a perfect fit and put a huge grin on my face last night when I took it out for a blast to test it.

My name is Andy Gaskell on facebook, it may be easier to find my business on there rather than me. Search Facebook for AMG Technical LTD and you should find me through that. Its an electrical business.

So, I read from this thread that fitting a 3rd party BOV fixed the flutter issue for everyone? Are we to conclude that the HKS supplied valve isn't really fit for purpose and you should budget to replace the supplied BOV?
