Default windscreen washer motor

The windscreen washers don't work so guess its fuse or motor. ( yes I have checked there is liquid in there!!! )

Seeing as the washer bottle seems to be embedded is it an easy a job change? and more importantly, how the hell do you get to it? maybe I just need to wiggle/wd40 the wiring.

any idea which fuse it is - cant currently locate my handbook

thanks in advance.

Take out or peel back drivers side arch liner at the rear side of the front wheel and you should see the pump

Think the washer fuse is in the engine bay near the battery - 20A IIRC ?

Yep that's for headlight washers (not the OP's query on windscreen washers)

Thank's mike's that's were I assumed it would be. Easier to do if you have a ramp/bay and take the wheel off. still, its lasted 16 years so not too shabby!

I have in the past had the windscreen washer jet hose disconnect where it connects to the bonnet near the bulkhead. Worth having a look!

Can you hear the pump running? I ask as I once managed to trap the hose in the bonnet hinge, so the pump, ran but I got no water from the jets.
If not, the fuse is number 2 under the dash
