1999 Monte Carlo Blue S2000
1999 Monte Carlo Blue Japanese Import S2000.
Excellent mechanically, very clean underneath for age.
Bodywork very good for age, with the usual time in service related small paint imperfections.
All alignment bolts moving freely.
Currently has an OMP bucket seat and harness fitted, original seat included in sale.
Two sets of wheels and tyres, orange ones on at the moment have Kumho KU36 and Nankang NS2R tyres fitted.
Other set of standard wheels has 4 x Maxxis MA-Z1.
Alloy radiator.
Front brake air ducting.
Apexi RSM fitted to defeat Japanese top speed limiter.

Always starts and runs without any issues, engine oil changed frequently, suspension and steering excellent.
Geometry is at:
0' Toe Front
-1 deg Camber Front
5 30' Caster Front
-1.5 deg Camber Rear
0 15' Toe Rear
New hood from Jack Smith 2 years ago.
Mileage is currently at around 138,500, seems a lot I know but it really has weathered the distance it has covered very well.
Very small things that could be changed if the new owner wanted to:
Display is still in KPH as the Japanese models didn't switch to MPH. Never worried me, I just do the maths or use a GPS.
The handbrake has a quick release button fitted. Once again i just got used to manually engaging it and forgot about it after a couple of weeks of ownership.
Drivers door card has a bit of padding taken out in an area that fouled the seat.
I have so much affection for this car, its such a great drivers machine. I drove a few before I bought this one and I love the direct tight feel of the early Japanese market suspension setup.
I'm selling because I really don't get the time to drive it enough anymore. It's been a couple of weekends and possibly 2 trackdays for the last two years.
I'll get a fresh MOT on it before I sell.
