Looking for recommendations on a good shop to get a valve adjustment done in the metro Detroit area. Please post any recommended shops, independent or dealership. Thanks.

An easy albeit tedious job in your driveway on a Saturday morning. Need a $10 set of bent feeler gauges, the $10 valve adjustment combination screwdriver 10mm wrench, and a couple of hours of time. Recommend a new set of gaskets for the cover and spark plug holes. The engine will rotate easier if the plugs are out and they're cheap enough to put new plugs in too. The tools, gaskets, and spark plugs can be found on Amazon.

Engine needs to be cold when this is done so it needs to sit overnight before adjustment. With the cover off the engine looks like a 4-cylinder motorcycle engine and I'll bet a performance bike shop can handle this easier than a Honda car dealer. The DBW AP2 valves should be set at the high end of the range.
