@Vboy127. He charged me $250 for the tune and I had to pay $250 for the Dyno Rental. but it is worth every dollar the car run so much smoother, its incredible. I'll be visiting him again in a few weeks or month when I get bigger cams.

With AEM, you will have a hard time passing emissions as it does eliminate the OBD2 port entirely. However, you can pretty much just plug it in and start tuning, no real complicated install involved. K-Pro on the other hand will be a lot easier to pass emissions since it's essentially a programmable Honda ECU. But then K-Pro has its bad points too. If you have an AP1 or older AP2 (non-DBW) the install of K-Pro involves the replacement of several necessary OEM sensors/parts and can get a bit pricey and/or time consuming.

Nate, I have been thinking about the K-pro deal and the emission. Wouldnt you still fail emission because K-pro is off a K series which do not have secondary air injection like the F series do? When you plug it in, if the monitor readiness doesnt show the secondary pump to be ready then thats pretty much a fail.. maybe?

Fah, I'm not 100% sure on that. But from my under standing, if you have k-pro and it's setup correctly, the obd2 port will plug in fine and you'll pass, no drama.
I too have heard that AEM is a slightly better tuning system, but the hassle of converting back to stock components and/or injectors (if you have aftermarket injectors) is too much of a hassle. BUT if you plan to just tune a stock + bolt-ons engine, AEM would be fine as you can just swap the oem Ecu on for inspection and then bring the AEM back afterwards.
I personally am looking to forced induction in the future, so the oem-like K-pro is the route I'll be taking.

Congratulations on the tune!
I ran the AEM EMS starting with a few bolt on mods (header, exhaust, intake) on an AP1. Passing emissions was not too big of a hassle, but involved switching back to stock ECU from EMS. The AEM EMS and tuning (Modern Garage when Courtney was there) really started to pay off with FI. I ran a super charger for a few years (~316 RWP on Modern's Mustang dyno), and then switched to a turbo (~410 RWP on the same Mustang dyno). The S2K was a dedicated track car the last 4 years or so. The turbo was amazing, but the heat management for track was a huge issue even though I was running a huge oil cooler and a lot of engine compartment venting. For street or track with the S2K, my preference is the super charger. With no FI, the value of the AEM EMS is okay ... but not nearly the level as with FI.
