purchasing S 2000
Hello
new to this site hope I'm in the right spot for a question I have about S 2000 . I have owned many High Performance 600 hp cars and at age 66 thought I would slow down . I read some on the S 2000 and feel its the car for me . I live in Ontario and located a 2002 with 54000 klm's for $18,000 no winters one owner . All stock No marks , dents , or scratches . One mature male driver only . He said the only damage the car ever had was someone backed into him in a parking lot and had the rear bumper replaced with new .
Would appreciate comments on your feeling of price for this car . Thank u Roshton

Hello Roshton,
Welcome to the forum!
The S2000 is a great choice. A couple members here that went on a drive with us are over 70! $18,000 is not a bad price for a low mileage '02. They do come cheaper, but those ones would likely have significantly more mileage on them.
For Ontario prices you may want to check with the Southern Ontario Forum.
Check out this thread for things to look out for. For AP1s be sure to check the retainers.
Good luck!

Looks like under US$14,000 and 34,000 miles. Very competitive price.
The AP1 cars like this have snap oversteer and this ain't best time of year for driving on cold tires. They're not dangerous cars but you do need to be aware of how to drive them. At my age I elected to get a late car with stability assist and bigger wheels and tires.
Where's the car, in BC? Any idea how to get it home?
