Probably not out of the ballpark if your running a wing/downforce, which you seem to be. Probably not much fun on the street either lol

Probably smart!

Will always be a compromise in performance with dual duty, but then again the bigger compromise for me, would not being able to enjoy my S2k on the street.

I know we are off topic but wow.... i knew my PSS9s were soft but they are super soft compared to the springs you guys are using. I've always questioned if my springs were too soft for the 255 AD08Rs. I get a lot of instability on corner turn in on the track and i think it because the nose pitches too much which lifts the rear.

Maybe i should of gotten stiffer springs and i wouldn't of had to worry about the guards so much. Although my car is a dream to drive on most streets.

It's all on the driver perspective. Lots of things determine how stiff ur spring should be.

Those are nice street coilovers with the rates that come with them, not track oriented at all or even aggressive street driving though. They do provide a nice comfortable ride on the street, ive felt them in a friends S and they felt more compliant to me then stock suspension.

Matching spring rates along with the sway rates to the grip/G levels you are generating by your tire compound and widths is rather important for maximizing performance. Feel is important but its subjective, lap times aren't.
