Fenders not rolled, looking to change to either Rota grid or TE37 wheels in 17inch, running on spoon monoblock.
Can someone lead me ?

these two wheels should not be mentioned in the same post. either you are looking for real forged wheels, or you dont have enough money and you should really be looking at quality cast wheels (enkie, advan, etc).

What he said. Read the thread Langelo posted. You are going to need to roll your fenders since neither wheel comes in an OEM fender friendly offset (well I think TE's did at one point but those sizes are long discontinued). You also have the added variable of the spoon brakes which require more clearance. My suggestion would be to look for a used set of TE's.
