Also tough on rolling the fenders. If you don't want to roll them you need to stick to much higher offsets that are closer to OEM. Like +55 to +65 range and even then rolling may still be needed. I would suggest doing a great deal more research before even thinking about buying wheels.
Trust me I'm not going to just buy wheels and hope for the best, but I need to start some place to get answers.

I have never been a big fan of rolling the fenders and wont unless i have no other choice .
if i cant get these wheels others will have to do.
but Im hoping someone has gone thru this same dilemma and can share there outcome.

Bump.

I'm also curious about this. I've found tons of conflicting information on the subject and can't figure out what's what.

Guys, need your help. I'm posting here since it's Rota related.
Got myself a set of DPT's (17inch , front 8" with ET48 and 9" et50 for the rear) on R1R tires (225/45/17 and 255/40/17 which in reality proves to be 235 and 265 if I'm right with these tires).
Car's dropped on eibach springs and now I get an awful rubbing (obviously). So the question is: Can I escape from tire rubbing/scraping with fender rolls and some negative camber (-1/-1,5 front , -2/-2,5 rear).

I get mixed answers about that. I know people run weird setups here and there but I need co clarify that info since I'm facing two options, either selling my new set of tires and budgetwheels or going with the fender roll/camber (IF it is even possible to make it happen with dimensons mentioned above).

Yes, and it shouldn't even be that difficult if those are actually your specs. You could probably get away with the more conservative of those alignment specs.

That's really great to hear, thanks.
I think I'll go with fender rolling than, although I'm a little worried about paint chipping, craking and rusting in that area. Any advice on 'afterward paint protection'?
