Depends on if you want to roll fenders or not. The RPF1 you do. The PF01 you dont.

Rpf1 will fit better with a roll. It's a better rim overall too

Keep in mind I am Gona run this rim square so I am kinda worried about the front wheel hitting the coilovers when turning lock to lock if I have a high offset like +60

I had the PF01SS in 17x9 +60 with the car lowered on Tein S Tech Springs (about 1.5"). The car did not rub anywhere, and this was without any fender or fenderliner modification (not rolled). IMO, the PF01 is the better choice, the RPF1 will require more work to fit properly.

I think your understanding on how offset works in incorrect.
See below thread for understanding wheel specs:

If your running the fat factory dampers, you 'might' have a problem with inner clearance up front. A lower ride height actually helps some in this regard, and aftermarket coilovers also increase room between the rim and spring. These are specific situations that need specific confirmation from someone who has run this wheel offset/width with factory dampers/and ride height variance. Outer clearance isn't an issue.

As I mentioned earlier I ran the PF01 wheels with factory dampers and Tien springs, with OEM AP2 alignment settings, and 255/40R17 squared. Unless you are slammed, I think those wheels will work great for anyone looking for a decent square setup.
