Any fender will need to roll or pull in order to avoid rubbing against the stock fenders? I am also looking to use advan s-drive tires? Opinions?

Did you read the first page? Those offsets are way to low especially the fronts. Sdrives are pretty meh tires IMO.

just got an 08 s2k, and i was hoping to get some volks but it seems like they all require some type of fender modification and i want to keep my car stock and no body modifications.
i was looking into some custom wheels, and i have 2 questions
1) any custom wheels companies that anyone can recommend? i've looked at a lot and they don't seem to fit the character of the s2000 (more like the blingy type for luxury brands).
2) this is for the wheel guru's, if i were to custom order some 17 wheels what width and offset would you suggest as to maximize width without having to do any fender modifications at all. I am lowered on coils, 1 finger gap all around.

Thanks in advance, i did a search and couldn't seem to find my answer.

Volk offer's the CE28's in an S2000 friendly offset.
Front- 17x7.5+50
Rear- 17x9+63

I would use those offsets and widths if you were to custom order something. Since you are lowered you will still need to watch the fronts since they can still rub or grab the fender under the right circumstances.

thank you so much for that info!
in regards to the widths and offsets, are there any more mm's to be had to maximize the width?

and as much as i love the ce28's, it was the te37's ive always wanted

The issue is the fronts and you being lowered. The rears you can run a 17x10 +70 without rolling your fenders. The fronts have less space and since the wheel turns always have the possibility of catching no matter how conservative your offsets. There are those that have run 17x9 +63 in front without issue and there are those that have caught their fender with OEM wheels. No matter what you will have to be extremely careful going in and out of driveways or anytime the wheel is turned and the suspension gets compressed.

Oh and there is these. What I said above still holds true for these but they are probably your best option for TE's that fit without fender mods.

i did, but it is also just very hard to find a used set of regamasted with the right offset. That's why I am more towards the rpf1 now. Thanks a lot

Default Ce28sl or Ce28N

Hi,

I'm planning to get Ce28N or Ce28sl in 17x7.5 +48 fronts and 17x9 +45 rear on stock suspension. Will 255/40 fit in the rear or I should I go with 245/40? For the front I will go with 225/45, and would that be odd with 245/40 in rear as the rear will have a lower height? Please advise. Thank you.

i just came across the wedsport tc105 in 17x8 +49 and 17x9 +49 for a staggered setup.
i was comparing it against 17x9 +63 square setup (thats available in the current volk ce28), which i've gathered will fit with no fender mods necessary.

for front fitment, it would be 2.7 further away from suspension strut (which is always good), and will only stick out 1.3mm further out than the volks, which i think should be ok for the front.
in the rear, it would be 14mm further away from strut which is fine, but it will tick out 14mm more than the the volks which will fir in the rear.

any feedback regarding how they will fit without fender mods, and what tire sizes i could potentially run would be extremely helpful!
