Default Will 18x10.5 +22 will Sit flush for the rear?

Okay, I saw these rims, and I was wondering if It would fit well? I know im gonna need a roll my fenders. But im thinking the offset is too low for the AP1? Or it should be okaay with a fender roll? Oh btw, I want the sizing at 18x10.5 +22 in the REAR, and 18.9.5 +22 in the FRONT, Is that fitment legit? PLEASE tell me otherwise!

To fit sizing like that you'll need the following:

-Very aggressive rolling/pulling/flaring. This may bring about the need for professional body work
-A somewhat considerable tire stretch, like a 235 in the rear, 225 up front. Maybe even 225 in the rear, 215 in front. This is about as extreme as it gets
-Somewhere along the lines of -5 degrees camber, or more. This will possibly require aftermarket suspension components to achieve an alignment like this

I do not recommend a setup like this. Although, it's your car so if you want to do it, go for it. It's not easy, and will likely require alot of work until everything lines up correctly. You would likely kill nearly all driveability of the car, and you'd have to be concerned about breaking the bead on the tire and loosing air in the tires.

To put this all in perspective, this is almost as aggressive as you'd run on a true widebody, like the amuse kit. I'm pretty sure they run specs like 18x10 (or 10.5) +18ish.

its still really tough to fit with flares "properly" ie no stretch or a lot of camber. a 18x9.5 +22 is more manageable.

Hmm then I might as well, Get 18x9.5 +22 then, Should I get it all around? or a staggered set, maybe 18x9.5 +22 in the rear, and 18x8.5 +22 in the fronts?
