A review of performance numbers makes the s2k a no-brainer for any true sports car enthusiast. Lighweight, high-revving, rear wheel drive, limited slip, rigid chassis, close ratio 6 speed, 0-60 in the low 5's, 1/4 mile in the high 13's, slalom at 70 mph, breaking from 60 less than 120ft, and I could on and on... I have a Comptech S/C on my car and it is basically perfect. My 7 year old AP1 has yet to hit 30,000 miles (maybe this spring) and unless Honda released a successor that was better (>300whp, <3000lb) I plan on keeping it indefinitely. Now that there is no successor, all the more reason to keep my money in my pocket! W00t! I for one am so glad to hear this. I have a Comptech S/C on my car and it is basically perfect. Both cars performed exceptionally well with the Ferrari winning top speed honors. The author stated that sadly these types of cars would soon be a thing of the past as fuel prices continued to rise.
