It is so easy and safer with the button on the steering wheel. Is honda going backwards.

Being spoiled with my previous in car SATNAVs I'm really bothered that there is no option after receiving a call to mute the navigation.
Also was shocked that the phone button on the steering wheel are removed when this device is mounted. How easy would it have been just to answer calls on the steering wheel while driving.
So far only had one spontaneous reboot in 6 months of use after removing a route while driving. Had to switch off the ignition to regain bluetooth to my phone once more.

What the review does not say is that the new SSD sat nav loses "true" hands free capability. New Hondas fitted with the SSD system do not get hands free talk buttons on the steering wheel and lose voice control of the phone and sat nav.

the phone is answered by pressing buttons on the sat nav screen - a dangerous distraction and questionable whether it can be described as "Handsfree" in the UK.

On the plus side bluetooth audio integration on iphone 3 & 4 is superb.
