OK Guys I have a hard time trying to receive all the shirts i purchased. Order #1178 I purchased two black and one white 9 grand shirts and only received one of each. Please send me my other black large 9 grand shirt soon. I thought i would have received it before Christmas and now its the 29th. contact me soon please and let me know you have sent it.

I had emailed store@s2ki.com about the shirt I ordered last week but no reply. Order#1257 for one shirt and was charged on Dec. 28th. It would be nice to get an email if the item is on back order or whatever the reason why it’s been delay.

Sending an email to store@s2ki.com doesn’t do anything… I email them last week about my order and no response… I haven’t received anything from the store either whether it’s a response email… shipping status… nothing… but yet they were so quick to take the funds out our accounts. How will the store get bigger if they do their business this way and with this kind of customer service?

In order to produce these premium-quality items at an affordable price and offer them in so many colors and sizes they are made in small runs as the orders come in. They are batched together and processed at one time. Unless we happen to have exactly what you ordered in-stock and on-hand it takes a bit of time to get your order together. We’re a small site with a small market so it’s not feasible for us to keep thousands of dollars in inventory of shirts people may never buy (fuschia XS anyone?). We have to do it this way to do it at all.
The response to the new shirt designs has been “enthusiastic” and we’ve been making and shipping them non-stop. Because the demand is much higher than we anticipated some orders have taken longer than normal to get out the door. We’re sorry if you’ve lost patience but I assure you they are worth the wait and ALL of the orders are going out as soon as they can be filled. These items are in very high demand and low supply but you will get yours as fast as we can manage it. It may take an extra week or two in some cases.
You order IS being made and shipped. We are sorry we can’t get it to you sooner.

I ordered a shirt a while back and although it may have taken a while to arrive, it looks fantastic. Be patient people.
