Ballade Sports S2000 Safety Roll Bar
We at Ballade Sports are proud to present the highest quality in race car craft rigidity and safety with our NEW S2000 Safety Roll Bar. This is an excellent design out matching every competitor on the market. Each roll bar is hand crafted utilizing 1 3/4inch DRAWN OVER MANDREL (DOM) steel. This ensures strongest material for safety compliance. Each unit is TIG WELDED vs mig welded to provide superb craftsmanship making this unit aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The main hoop is the tallest design produced on the market for maximum head clearance in the event of a roll over. Our base plates are laser cut 1/8 inch thickness and also including 10.9 grade steel hardware with "C" ovalized true locking nuts. This unit comes with Harness bar and is factory seat belt compliant!! NO ADDITIONAL bolt on units required to retain factory seat belts!! Lastly, out major featurette is the use of a structural "X BRACE" tying together the back legs of the safety bar. The rigidity of our Safety Roll Bar is OUTSTANDING!
Why use DOM over Chromoly? While DOM Steel & Chromoly steel share equal strength structurally, once the breaking point threshold is reached Chromoly will SHATTER while DOM Steel will Bend absorbing the kinetic energy of impact. It is the most common practice for any ROAD RACED vehicle to use DOM seemless mild steel over Chomoly. In fact SCCA and NASA Pro Racing have since banned Chromoly in sanctioned circuit racing due to this fact. MADE IN USA.

NOTE: Due to the height (25 inches tall) and width (52 inches wide), this Safety Roll Bar is NOT SOFTTOP compliant. HARD TOPS ONLY. Removal of soft top is necessary. Removal of all back trim and plastic interior is necessary. Will fit Mugen, Spoon, Amuse Hard Tops. OEM Factory Hard Top, removal of interior liner and plastic necessary. Will not fit with factory strikers, bolt on mounting brackets are required.
Ballade Sports 5 Step 4-2-1 S2000 Exhaust Manifold
Fits all left hand drive S2000 model years.
Ballade Sports S2000 header is a Tri Y 4-2-1 manifold that features 5 step size piping to minimize reversion. Each step in size acts as an anti-reversion step reducing back up of the exhaust fumes. Primary runners are 1.75 inch, to 1.875 inch, to 2.00 inch, to 2.25 inch, to 2.5 inch merge collector. Stepping the header pipe sizes helps direct exhaust flow increasing scavenging along with the high heat treated ceramic coat to reduce exhaust temperature, thus allowing the exhaust flow to exit faster. The header is also polished to give a vibrant finish. Wheel horsepower gains approximately 10whp mid-range dependent on application setup.
Ballade Sports 70mm S2000 Throttle Body
Ballade Sports Throttle Bodies are designed to be used with the factory S2000 intake manifold for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by optimizing engine airflow. Ballade Throttle Bodies are precision die-cast from high-quality materials. The Throttle Body features an oversized bore of 70mm on the FRONT side and 69mm bore on the BACK side past the butterfly, which results in significant horsepower gains throughout the power band on naturally aspirated applications and forced induction. The unit comes with gasket and Throttle Body, the re-use of the factory throttle position sensor and MAP sensor is required.
This product is recommended use with Ballade Sports Big Bore Intake manifold for maximum horsepower and fuel efficiency.
Ballade Sports Heavy Duty Timing Chain Tensioner
Ballade Sports Heavy Duty S2000 timing chain tensioner (TCT)
Description: The Honda S2000 suffers from an extremely weak timing chain tensioner. Stock vehicles have experienced noise and rattle from the TCT after 40k miles or even sooner. This faulty piece from Honda also makes it impossible to run high lift cam shafts or run forced induction without experiencing TCT failure. Our manufactured TCT eliminates all of this. No longer are S2000s' subject to embarrassing ticking noise or limited to low horse power gains from a weak TCT. Ballade Sports Heavy Duty S2000 timing chain tensioners are BRAND NEW, not remanufactured units. Core returns are no longer being accepted.
Ballade Sports S2000 Baffled Oil Pan
Ballade Sports S2000 Baffled Oil pan is constructed from a Brand New Honda oil pan and is then modified and welded to sustain additional aluminum plate baffle. This addition to the oil pan helps prevent oil starvation and loss of oil pressure. Like many aftermarket performance oil pans this features a baffle to keep oil present on high G force turns so the oil pump/pick-up always has a supply of oil. This is advantageous on the street and the race track. It is highly recommended for race engines and enthusiasts who frequently track their car and care about engine longevity. To make higher quality than our competitors, this pan features a 18 gauge thick aluminum plate baffle versus other aftermarket models who use a lot thinner material to cut cost.
Most aftermarket Honda S2000 oil pan costs $600 and above. Our oil pans are race proven and quality made in the USA. Quality tig welded.
Ballade Sports Velocity Stack Intake Air Filter
Ballade Sports Velocity Stack S2000 Intake Air Filter - are constructed with ultra-strong molded pliable rubber flanges which absorb vibration and allow for secure attachment and can also be stretched for up to 1/16" (1.5mm) to fit in-between sizes. Mated with an Intake Velocity Stack is designed to optimize and maximize the entry of air flow entering the vehicle's induction system. The low velocity air flow taken through the air filter is turned into a smooth and high velocity intake charge. This is an upgrade and DIRECT FIT replacement for the OEM S2000 air filter unit. NO MODIFICATION to the OEM air box is required for fitment and increased air flow.

Currently OEM Honda S2000 injectors produce a maximum of 360cc spray volume. It has been known for some time now the Acura RDX utilizes a K23A1 turbo motor which requires the use of higher rate volume injectors. Therefore Honda/Acura made available a 410cc injector with a relatively inexpensive price tag. Unfortunately for the Honda S2000 2000-2005 model injectors use a unique fitment, 48mm long, 11mm top, and a custom cushion bottom. This makes a direct fit replacement not possible with the standard factory Acura RDX injector. Ballade Sports has custom modified the RDX injector to now become a direct fit into the 00-05 S2000 fuel rail with no added modifications or aftermarket fuel rail. Due to the unique connectors to the RDX injector the use of injector jumpers are required for this conversion. Ballade Sports S2000 410cc injector upgrade allow for more efficient spray pattern and higher duty cycle, thus increasing horsepower while tuning.

Ball Type Injector - Controls fuel flow by raising the ball off its seat. This allows fuel to flow through the seat orifice and then out through a fixed director plate with several holes. The director plate serves to direct the fuel spray pattern. This type of injector has a 10 to 15 degree angle spray pattern. The fuel adomization of this type of injector is similar to the disc type injector.
Disc Type Injector - Controls fuel flow by lifting a disc off of its seat. The disc has as many as six holes around its circumference. When the injector is activated, the disc is raised and fuel flows through the holes and exits out the orifice. The disc in this injector may actually rotate while the injector is operating. This type of injector has a 10 to 20 degree angle spray pattern. This narrow spray pattern can aid in targeting the fuel.

Fits all S2000 00-05 model years. This big bore manifold helps increase air flow to the combustion chamber thus increasing horse power. Gains are approximately 10whp with 68mm throttle body and ecu tune.

Ballade Sports has bored out the factory intake manifold to match the newer DBW models, while taking delicate care of the Idle Air Control Valve system. No vacuum leaks! This unit is compatible with Stock Factory cable Throttle body!
Ballade Sports K-Series to S2k Exhaust Manifold / Header
Our S2000 header made to mount up to K20/K24 exhaust ports. This header is a 3 step header. Primary runners are 1.75 inch to 1.875 inch to 2 inch. The collector is 2.5 inch and will mate up to original S2000 exhaust collector / catalytic converter.
Ballade Sports S2000 Driveshaft Spacers
Fits all S2000 model years. Helps prevent premature bearing and CV wear for modified cars.
When S2000 ride height is lowered, the angle of the driveshaft with respect to the hub changes and slightly pulls out the driveshaft. Driveshaft spacers help prevent premature bearing and CV joint wear. CNC machined out of 6061 aluminum, using 10.9 high grade 14mm flange bolts and self locking nuts. Spacer thickness is 10mm. To ensure balance this spacer was constructed out of a single piece design versus competitor two piece design. This lowers any rate of failure and loss of spacers reported by owners who traded over from competitor 2 piece brands over to our single construction.

Ballade Sports Heavy Duty Inboard CV Joint Assembly Kit
Ballade Sports Heavy Duty Inboard CV Joint assembly addresses the ongoing problem with bearing wear to the Inner CV Joints. This unit is CNC machined out of 8620 alloy forged steel and has been heat treated. The housing itself is a ONE piece design with a modified bearing track for reduced friction. The STD factory unit is originally a 2 piece design with an inertial weld. The internals of this product use the same style tripod roller bearing assembly as STD Honda, but features high performance needle bearings within each roller, unlike the STD Honda bearing. This unit is proven to last longer and reduce friction rotation than the OEM unit. The housing is larger in overall diameter increasing strength and uses HTS2 high temperature axle grease. The kit comes complete to
rebuild one factory axle. Includes 1 CV Joint housing, 2 snap rings, 2 stainless steel clamps, 1 tripod roller bearing assy, 1 HTS2 grease tube, 1 CV boot.
Ballade Sports Ballade Sports NA S2000 Clutch Kit
This clutch kit was designed to handle Normally Aspirated F20C & F22C applications. Our most recent dyno test shows this clutch kit handling 243whp & 162lb tq without slipping!! The pressure plate features single diaphragm design to keep the foot pedal soft and easy along with the non asbestos clutch disk. Ballade Sports Pressure plate and disk are specially mated together and Precision Balanced to ensure the proper STACK Height clearance with the flywheel. The pressure plate is made utilizing DUCTILE CAST IRON friction plate. While most varieties of cast iron are brittle, DUCTILE IRON has much more impact and fatigue resistance, due to its nodular graphite inclusions. Ductile iron is not a single material but is part of a group of materials which can be produced to have a wide range of properties through control of the microstructure. This kit makes our clutch kit stronger than STOCK Honda. Excellent replacement for your Normally Aspirated S2000.

Steering rack bushing kit for Honda S2000s are CNC machined out of 6061 Aluminum. This kit is an excellent upgrade replacing the original rubber bushing. Perfect modification for street and race applications. NO ADDED VIBRATION or NOISE!!! This product eliminates the steering deflection many S2000s experience due to the OEM rubber bushing. Honda acknowledged this deflection in sport handling and tried to limit it with the latest S2000 CR model by adding bracket braces, but still leaving the rubber bushings. By strengthening the steering rack with this product you will have a more direct feel in steering input. The kit comes with 8 collars total for installation.

Over time the heat from the F20C/F22C has caused the plastic housing around the knock sensor to become frail and brittle. Just the slightest touch to the sensor has caused cracks and failures to the electrical connection within the sensor.

We are proud to present the Ballade Sports 18 pc Spherical Uni-Ball Suspension Bushing Kit for the Honda S2000. Ballade Sports strives for excellence in quality engineering and high performance; therefore we have designed a virtually maintenance free suspension bushing kit using the HIGHEST quality "American Made" Spherical Uni-Ball joints for all the Lower Control Arm pivot points along with solid straight Upper Control Arm Bronze bushings. This kit is a must for road race enthusiast looking eliminate alignment deflection and slop from rubber control arm bushings. Until now, no other manufacturer has produced a Spherical kit for the S2000 that is protected from dust and debris. Ballade Sports Uni-Ball Cups use a rubber O ring to keep out contaminants, keeping the Spherical joint clean while on the road. The Upper control arm bushings are made out of Steel/Bronze/Aluminum construction that is press fit and notched with Inner O rings on both ends keeping the bushing maintenance free.
The Front LCA rubber Compliance bushing is replaced with our Large Caster Spherical Uni-ball along with the matching Camber Uni-ball.
The Rear LCA and Toe Arm rubber bushings are also replaced with Uni-ball joints.
Please Note: The Uni-ball joint used for the rear Toe Arm also does double duty as an Anti-Bumpsteer kit to reduce snap over steer.
The Front & Rear Upper Control Arm bushings use our Bronze Straight Bushings replacing the factory rubber.
Due to the lack of alignment advantage, Front and Rear shock bushings are excluded from the use of solid bushings. This allows the user to retain some comfort in suspension travel.

Ballade Sports S2000 header is a Tri Y 4-2-1 manifold that features 5 step size piping to minimize reversion. Each step in size acts as an anti-reversion step reducing back up of the exhaust fumes. Primary runners are 1.75 inch, to 1.875 inch, to 2.00 inch, to 2.25 inch, to 2.5 inch merge collector. Stepping the header pipe sizes helps direct exhaust flow increasing scavenging along with the high heat treated ceramic coat to reduce exhaust temperature, thus allowing the exhaust flow to exit faster. Wheel horsepower gains approximately 10whp mid-range dependent on application setup.
