I am also going to replace my tires and have roughly the same set up. I agree with Davidnyc. NT01 are out of the picture for me. I am debating between RS3 and BF Goodrich Rivals. Right now, I am 80% set on the Rivals. Check out these links:

AP1s on Hoosiers were tearing the bracket spot welds in autocross. There's a published TSB fix that allows them to be legally seam welded like the AP2s. No gusset plates allowed in stock class. Yes, a few if us have had this done.

Remember in autocross NT01s will put you against hoosiers while the RS3s are a "street tire"

And since NT01s really aren't any faster RS3's are definitely the way to go unless you want to try another 200 treadwear competitor to the RS3

NT01s are faster than RS3 on a road course not sure about autox, but I'd wager they are faster there too. But is it worth it? Probably not.

According to one of the Spoon distributors the gusset plates are actually Honda parts, so maybe they should be allowed?

Andrew you make a good point. lol but i dont think i will ever find myself on R comps anyways. i hope to maybe some day need the gussets cause im driving so fast. lol but i think thats quite a ways from now.

@ckit thanks for the info, learn something new everyday.

@s2000ellier - theres really no place for the NT01 in autocross due to the rules for tw rating. i wonder which is faster NT01 or R1R?

I would have thought NT01 are legal in stock class and the Prepared classes.

They are, but so are Hoosier A6's, which are in a completely different world of performance

they are .. but like integraR said it will be going against Hoosiers in Bstock and prepared classes. Road tire class i believe is going under change to 200 tw. another reason why hankook has changed their rating to 200 from the previous 140?
