ACE CAFE LONDON PRESENTS THE 4th ANNUAL INCARNATION - BRIGHTON
Calling all Petrolheads! On Saturday 26th April 2014, from 10am - 6pm, Brighton's famous seafront road, Madeira Drive will again host the UK's finest on four wheels.
Conceived in 2011 following the popularity of the cafe's regular monthly InCarNation Night, held at the Ace on the last Wednesday of every month, with racers, tuners, car clubs and motor fans from across the country enjoying their "wheels" and vying for space, InCarNation Brighton 2014 is a free to attend drive-in and display of vehicles.
Focusing on the individuals who drive and their passions, and open to all motor fans and enthusiasts, from classic cars, hot rods, street-tuned racers, through to hot exotic supercars, prizes and awards will be up for grabs on the day, to include for "Best Club Car" and "Best Club Display", as well as individual spot prizes for "Best Motors".
With stands, displays and entertainment on the Ace stage, if the roar of an Italian V10 engine is music to your ears, or a tyre shredding drifter gets your adrenalin pumping, make sure you don't miss this unique, free to attend, seaside event - InCarNation Brighton 2014.
Drive In, Park Up, Chill Out & Party!
*****************************
I am organising the S2KUK attendance to this event, including an epic morning convoy (meeting point & time TBC).
This is a static meet and is free.
Standard, modified and hellaflushed S2000's are all welcome. I am aiming to again, create
a memorable and impressive club arrival and line up. I'm sure we can do that again.
Deadline for signing up is 7th April. After that the booking form goes in.
PS - this is NOT an interest list, please only reply if you can definitely attend.

CONVOY DETAILS
The convoy meetup postcode is Clacket Lane Services (WEST, NOT EAST!!!), Tatsfield, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Convoy distance is 42.2 miles, taking an estimated 54 mins to drive.
Meet at 08:30.
Safety Briefing, key car assignments and handing out of walkie talkies will occur at 08:45.
Leaving at 09:00 arriving at Madeira Drive for 10:00.
We will be leaving promptly and will not wait for any stragglers so please be on time
I want to get there early so we can get the good parking places.
Convoy Route as below:
From Clacket Lane Services we will join the m25 and leave at J7, taking the M23 exit towards
Brighton. The M23 will become the A23 which we will continue all the way until we get to Madeira Drive.
It's a very simple route and a very nice drive.
________________________
Preparation:
Being a part of the group, we will draw attention and so be prepared for your car being photographed or included in video footage during the
convoy, on arrival and through the course of the day.
Please make sure your car is clean and presentable, before you set off.
As always, there will be high police presence along the route to, and at the destination. Please make sure that you're legal in every sense
(plates, insurance, VED etc) to avoid problems.
Please make sure you fuel your car before the convoy, as we will not be stopping for once we leave.
Upon arrival I will attempt to park at a point where we can start a line up. Please join the line up in the order that you arrive in.
Do not leave any valuables in your car and make sure it is locked and your hood is up if you want to wander off and look around.
If there is any questions about anything, please drop me a pm.
Many thanks,
Kim
