I own 2 F4i bikes right now. One I turned into a stunt bike, the other a street bike.
I used to own a Kawasaki Z1000, but after I bought my F4i for a stunt bike I sold the Z1k and bought another F4i for street. I love the 600 class. It's lighter and easier to control, but at the same time has enough power for any street riding.
It is definitely a more watered down 600 in terms of torch and speed, but not too much. I guess to a more comfortable pace. Which wasn't a bad thing or a good thing for me. I own a 900RR and a WR250X so I have a lot of options for power heh.

same. I had an '01 F4i. After the bike went one way and I launched the other, I decided 4 wheels is probably safer for me and an s2000 showed up in my driveway. I still miss the bike though... it is a very easy to ride, fun bike.. Well, every bike, in my opinion, is fun.

I have owned both and still would have my f4i if not for some dumb chick that tboned me on it. I love the f4i, it is a little more comfy to ride as far as seats go and has a little more relaxed feel in the handle bars. I thinks it's real good balance between a super sport and a cruiser. However......I love my rr more, I've always wanted one. Looks more aggressive and has little more get up and go. Could've been the tires I had but I can get down in the corners a lot better with the rr. Over all the live honda bikes and will never switch to another.
As far as which one to get!? If you the money to get an rr I'd say get it. But if your not looking to spend 6k or more then get the f4i, great bike great price, you won't be disappointed with either.
