Wish i would be able to get there by then. Right now think ill be showing up the 9th-16th. First thing i want to do is go get my car and wash all the shipping crud off of it.

As long as you don't throw an O2 code most shops won't say anything or hook up exhaust hoses. The newest thing that I've been hassled for is windshield wipers, the shops I've been going to for years with bad codes and other inspection violations are now giving me crap for (bad) windshield wipers, which is the biggest inspection scam of them. Window tint could be an excuse to pull you over, but other than that the stinky exhaust, lowered stance, crazy offset and any other mods shouldn't attract any negative attention unless you act like a fool on the road.
