Default Serious S2K Crash

Just watching the news and a silver AP1 w/ a TireRack decal was shown crashed in Lynnwood. Hope they are ok. Anyone here?

41 year old man from bothell? Anyone? I don't recognize the car. It says he is in serious condition in Swedish hospital.

Looks like it rolled several times, driver had to be freed from car by rescuers and was submerged underwater for a period of time--doesn't sound good.

sure doesnt look rolled to me. more like tipped over. theres no damage to the hood, windshield frame or trunk.

If it DID roll over, it looks like the car did its job and protected the cabin as best it could.

Does anyone know the driver? He went to one track day but no one seems to know him. I don't recognize the car. The soft grass probably kept the car from getting to damaged but being under water upside down isn't good.

In that Twitter pic, looks like the car is tilted on the passenger side and engine exposed. But its on the drivers side.

I don't recognize the car. Its similar to a 2014 sightings I made #306, but I don't recall the guy having a tire rack emblem on the windshield. Its really difficult to see from the reflection on the pic. I dunno.

Just a reminder, we all bought these cars because we like to drive them a bit "sporty". But on the street, there are lots of hazards. In Western Washington, this means deep drainage ditches and lots of water next to the roadway.

Be careful out there. Leave a bit of margin.
