Forming a Club for PIR
Hello everyone
Some friends and I are thinking about private tracking days at Pacific Raceway.
We are thinking instead all of us join the existing car clubs, if we have enough cars to share the track rental to affordable,
we might as well make our own.
Here is my issue. I know what we like to do. But I don't have any experiences comes to car club tracking days.
I know many of you does. If you are willing to share any info on how things are done will be much appreciated.

So far it's what I assume:
Passing the Performance driving school.
Cars pass safety inspections, but I don't know who will do the inspections.
Marshals on the track?
Tow car if someone gets beached?

If you want a private track day then the easy button would be contact an existing organization that works directly with the track and hire them to host this private day for you.
For example:
If you want a private day at PR I would probably reach out to Don Kitch @ ProFormance.
If you want a private day at TRMS I would probably reach out to Tom Pritchett @ Turn 2 Lapping
Also be preppared for the reality that a weekend day may be difficult to impossible to secure and even if you do the price for a weekend day is generally much greater. You're most likely looking at weekday (M-T) for this venture.
