I'm having the same dilemma. Mine is 2003 and around 108,000 miles. Both my rear arches need attention and at least one will need cutting and welding. I've not used a body shop in many years and my indy doesn't know of a good one.
Can anyone recommended a body shop for this kind of work in the South East? I'm in London but I would travel if it increased my chance of finding a capable craftsman!

The arches are done!

And they look incredible! I could not be more pleased, obviously time will tell, but a massive thanks to Norman / MI5 for the recommendation of the bodyshop. If anyone wants contact details please message me.

Annoyingly I can't show them off on the road yet as a stone cracked my windscreen on the m40 the day before I dropped it off and I am still yet to get it fixed

What a difference to the earlier pics. Glad you are pleased, Ryan does good work at a fair price. Pity about the windscreen.

That looks great. Would you mind sending me the details of the company please. Did they have to cut out sections of the arches and weld in new metal or is it filled? Cheers

I second that, i'd be keen for the details too. I too have a berlina black one and want mine sorted before it gets worse.

Did you remove the arch protectors which require two screws to be removed at the bottom of the arch? (area is shown in your first picture)

That is an area not many look at and can be just as bad as the lip.
