I did not find the overspray of the 303 Fabric Guard to be difficult to remove at all. Applied it to my top this past weekend and it's looking great

I always end up wiping some 303 on adjacent panels and glass and I've never had problems wiping it off. Make sure the cloth you're using to clean it up doesn't already have 303 on it or else you'll just smear it around.
