This should go with out saying by I am going to say it anyway
!!!!! be respectful of this event and the park. Driving a s2k ( regardless of you are in the ALGP group or the SEs2k group) your actions this weekend reflect on everybody and determine our continued participation in such a huge event.
This includes your actions all weekend not only when you are at the track.
Local police know of our involvement in this event so don't be stupid even when you are away from the track.

FRIDAY ( day)
No requirement to be at the track it is a free day come and go as you please.
Car coral will be open so dont forget to bring your car coral passes.
Be aware of your speed and fans; they are know to dart across the road.

FRIDAY (Night at Hotel)
Sticker/window install
Say 7/730 ish start time with a break to eat dinner in there somewhere until whenever we are done putting them on..
This will be the main time to put window stickers on so please keep your ears open.
Word spreads fast in our group.

SATURDAY
While it is not a requirement to be at the track on this day we like everyone to be there if possible.
and not a requirement to roll in together however if you wish to roll in together.

ALGP/SEs2k dinner.

Cheyenne (s2kbi) and her family have gracelessly offered there hospitality and home to host the Saturday dinner for the ALGP/SEs2k group.
The address will be provided day before dinner event. via this thread and word of mouth.
NO SPEEDING
NO RACING
NO BURNOUTS
NO REVING

They will provide burgers and hot dogs.
Please everybody bring something like chips/snacks, drinks( soft drinks) , buns hotdog/burger, mayo/mustard/catchup, deserts. ( see poll at top of this thread and vote on what you will be bringing) we dont want everybody bringing the same thing lol

This is a bring your own Beer thing. If you wish to drink some adult beverages you are free to do so but again getting stupid/ drunk is NOT welcomed.
Dont think we have anyone under 21 but NO UNDER AGE DRINKING..


I will address the group and go over opening ceremony logistics events for Sunday ect.
Should be the same as last year ( with different times) but want to refresh the veterans and ensure that the new owners have a clear understanding of race day activities.

8:30 Roll to track
We will roll out to the track at 8:30 as a group.
We are working to get a police escort so this is a big deal that we roll in as a combined group this year. ALGP cars in front and SEs2k cars in the rear.


9:00AM
At track settled into car corral
Once we get to the track and settled in i will remind everyone of what time I need everyone back in the car coral.
Remember give yourself enought time to get back. The tram can take a while to get around


12:45PM
Everyone back in car corral.
Restroom break at this time is a good idea!!!!!!!
Soft tops down
Wind screen removed
All loose items removed or secured in trunk
Water in hand ( you could be on track for as much as an hr)
Towels if you dont want driver stepping on the leather seats
Something for your driver to autograph and make sure you have a marker/pen. Your driver will not have a pen/marker on him.
FYI if you want to GoPro this event all GoPro must be attached inside of the car. No exterior suction cup mounts.

Cars peeped and ready to roll on track

1:15pm
All owners in car

1:30 Appox (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
S2k roll on track.
If this time changes it will be moved up to an earlier time so me mindful of that

2:15 all S2ks back in car corral

sun screen
Hat/visor
sun glasses
ear plugs/hearing protection
chairs
Water/snacks/drinks (I will be bringing the two big coolers again this year)
Fully charged cell phone!!!!!
camera
Car detailing products
At least ½ a tank of gas (post race traffic is insane don’t want to get stuck in traffic and almost out of fuel)
Screwdriver for removal of wind screen
Towels (for driver to sit on and or put feet in seat if you don’t want them stepping on your seat)
Marker/pin for signatures
Something for your driver to sign (if you want autograph)
cash for onsite memorabilia

I plan to be at the Leeds Walmart with you guys Mark at least Sunday. I agree a full roll in at the same time will be awesome and much noticed.

I know, I started my email account damn near before the internet. Thanks for the ticket. Cell phones were not even being used unless it was in a bag. A smart phone meant the person on the other end was smarter than the device they used and beepers/pagers were the main point of contact.

I have had my AOL account since damn near the start of the Internet as well. It still gets about 5 spam e-mails a day, and I never check it. My parents actually both still use their AOL accounts, and my Dad actually runs the AOL program still. Anyways, you bringing the S2000 on Friday? I am planning to get there in time for the 4:55PM PWC GTS Race 1.
