does it have anything like upgraded oil jet bolts or AP2 retainers? granted this means little to the non-enthusiast but they are important things.

stay at 10-11 and let someone "talk you down" to 9-10. just mentally thought, 10K is a lot to spend on anything with 125k. I personally would never pay that for a car with that many miles. but there are people that dont really care about mileage as much as the car itself.

theres a dude here that does good bodywork on the cheap that might be able to help with those scratches to make the car more appealing.

lastly, its technically illegal to sell a car with a cracked windshield.

Update: Klein Honda in Everett offered me $8,500 for trade-in, with that I also got $850 tax benefit for my new car so I went ahead and got an used 08 CR-V EX-L. Overall, I am happy with the trade-in but sad to see my S2000 go. Thank you for all your help guys.

$8,500 + 850 credit for tax is much more reasonable for a trade in, sorry you had to let the car go, but I hope you enjoy your "new" CRV. You made the right decision imo letting it go to them, that was a fair offer.

Glad you didn't get rid of it for $5k though, what a joke.
