Apparently the check valve works really well as it has just enough cracking pressure needed to not let air back in the lines during a '1 person bleed'. I have yet to use it but some of my racing buddies swear by it. If someone wants to try this out, you're more than welcome to. I'd be curious to see how well it works.

Used it today. It effing works! Got LOTS of air bubbles out, mostly out of the fronts. Swapped brake fluid color. I pumped till I stopped seeing bubbles and started seeing dark blue. I used my phone as a camera and a tablet as the viewing screen to watch the line as I pumped.

I pumped about 15 times till I saw the color swap, fyi. I think I used about 1/2 quart total.
