The guy in the garage told me not to push the car and let it settle in before i give it any, he said they normally let the cars idle for 20-30minutes before driving, but i had to go to work, so i took it steady, apart from not rattling anymore it did not seem any different on my 15minute drive to work, no louder then original etc, at-least while not in vtec, will report back when i have a chance to give it a good drive. but the garage complemented on the build quality of the cat when they installed it.

If I buy one would you help me fit mine Lee? And which size, 63.5mm or 70mm?
You've got an OEM exhaust haven't you Paul? If so then go 63.5mm. If however you have plans to upgrade then it might be worth going 70mm.

Not many differences. Maybe placebo acceleration effect
Sound improves slightly though
Nothing major, just a note..Still keeps quite when not pushing it

One plus with the Berk is your O2 sensor will be protected from future 'decapitation'

the rattle is crazy annoying, comes on about 3k rpm and then on idle i can hear the cat rattling around as well once warm! will look to get the Berk as well.

Yup, the soldering is really good. I think the sound changed a note. Have second look!

Maybe yours is like mine in a random load of bits in a container, that neither the shipper nor the purchaser know what they ordered or supplied , yes that was the excuse I got , unbelievable !

I had 70 mm from stock at same price, it fits ok, so may be you will get a singer sewing machine or a packet of extra large condoms for a bunch of big knobs!

I hate paying in advance for anything I always feel like the spiky end of a pineapple is about to come my way .
I agree, I don't think these people should take your money until it's posted out by them .... I am tempted to ask for a refund and let him tell me when he has it in stock, then he can have my money.

This is exactly what happened with me. Asked for a refund and order from Evasive USA

Yup sound like your cat is about to give up!
Look into this the soonest as you might be fixing your O2 sensor as well..

Last year I thought I had this problem but it turned out the rattle was a couple of loose baffle fins, changed it anyway when a nice man on here (s2konroids) had an oem for sale as he was upgrading
