Default Victoria, British Columbia

I wanted to get this out there as soon as I could. I am still working on finalizing some details for the trip and will publish more when I get them fine tuned.

First, I have a block of rooms at the Ramada Hotel Victoria - Upper Harbour. There are ten rooms blocked for us under the name "Oregon S2000 Club". Our contract number is: 59200.

The rate is 127.14 CA Dollars for each night. That includes taxes and fees. Under the current exchange rate that would be 105.14 USD. All blocked rooms are standard double queens. So if you want to go and want to save money, ask if someone is willing to double up. The hotel will hold the block up until 1 month before check-in date, but don't wait that long!

The contact info for the hotel is:
Ramada Hotel Victoria - Upper Harbour
123 Gorge Rd E
Victoria BC, V9A 1L1
1-250-386-1422

When reserving, ask for the Oregon S2000 Club, the person taking the reservation should have no problems finding the block.

If you have not done so already, please submit all documentation to get your passports! It can take a bit of time to get them and I don't want anyone to miss out becuase of no passports!

I will get more information, such as ferry ports/costs, posted in the coming weeks.

If you know you are thinking of going, sign up. Once I know you have your room reserved you will move from the "Interested/Thinking About It" list to the "Confirmed" list. I still haven't learned everyone's name, so when posting, just to be safe, please include your first names so I don't confuse myself and others by having to guess! Thanks!

Confirmed:
Tual06s2k - Doug & Marjene
Sabre - Aaron & Shonda
Ken1997tl - Ken & Shannon
S2k_RN & #172CR - Huy & Ira

Also keep in mind that depending on the credit card used, there may be a minor "foreign currency transaction fee" associated with booking the room

Want to keep this on peoples radar. I haven't heard recently from the hotel, but the last time I did, nobody has called them yet. Let me know if you need any assistance.

If you have not done so already, you should get the passport application started. The sooner the better.

Send me any questions you might have.
