Good news indeed. Not long to wait now...

I'm in a bit of a quandary - only have 4 to 5 mm on the rears, is it going to be enough? !
allow 0.5mm per day....that will be fine...
Oops going for 11 days so looks as though I'll be running on the rims home...

As some of you have hi miles on your engines, have you thought of getting a Terra Clean done on it? I've just done it to my van at a cost of £108 and it runs so much better now. I would be interested to see the results on a hi miles s2k with a before and after dyno test maybe?

I went through about 2-3 mm in two days ! I currently view my rears as the old F1 slicks with grooves !!! Will poke my nose in the odd tyre place if I see one, but not sure my spanish is up to it !

We're in Galicia/Asturias, you're going to the Pyrenees aren't you ? (Where all the British cyclists go )

A few weeks ago I passed the, in my mind anyway, big 90k on the clock. It's at that point I started looking at other manufacturers cars. But given that mine has always had everything done to it mechanically and runs superb plus crap part ex prices, I'm sticking with it!

Next stop the big 100k
