A mate was following behind me earlier and got a video of my car smoking. I was doing 30 so not driving hard. Done a compression test 210-200-210-200. It doesn't smoke all the time just every now and then but smokes quite a bit. Valve stem seals perhaps?

Does it smoke during startup after standing for a good portion of time? Also when you've left it idling for 5 mins or so, give it a good blip and if it smokes then, that's a VERY good indicator of valve stem oil seal failure.
