Default Ap2 service manual

Can someone with an ap2 service manual look up the factory ride height measurements in the wheel alignment section? I have an ap1 manual but i dont know if its the same. on the ap1 manual its page "18-5" under the wheel alignment section and talks about the distance from the center of the A-arm bolt to the ground.

Thanks in advance

I also have one at home. I'll see what I can find after work.

I bought mine online, cheaper than the dealer!
You're right, it's measured from the ground to the center of the lower arm adjuster bolt.

Front: 192-202 mm (7.56 - 7.95 in.)

Rear: 206-216 mm (8.11- 8.50 in.)

is there anything in the spec about height variance side to side? I suppose if both measurements fall in those ranges they are ok. even if they are at the opposite ends of the allowable range

Didn't say anything about side to side. I would guess it's fine within the range.

REVIVED and half solved.

What i never mentioned in this thread was kind of a knocking or what i described as a "2x4 being dropped on another 2x4 from like 3 feet" kind of a slapping sound but more "solid" if any of that makes sense. I wasnt sure if the ride height issue that i was having and noise were related.

The rear driver/left side shock was blown. The damage wasnt so bad that oil was pouring out it was more, seeping. so perhaps a "leaky" shock is a more proper description. The oil was kept from running down the body by the soft portion of the dust boot. what did escape got washed away by me when i washed the car. I always hose out the suspension to keep things from building up. when i did this, it washed away the oil and dirt that would have been a dead giveaway.

the car still rides slightly leaning towards the drives side but theres a noticeable change in what ill call "cross ride height." I had some work done on the pass side of the car (wheel bearing) and im not convinced they preloaded the rear suspension properly when it was reassembled. im going to measure again and if its still too great of a difference, im going to loosen and preload the upper a-arms and see where we stand on ride height.
