I'm looking for a good trustworthy place to have a pre-purchase inspection done on an S2000 in the Mobile area.

If anyone could recommend someone I'd appreciate it.

I can't PM yet, I really should just go ahead and pay for a membership. I'm not from Mobile, I'm from Enterprise, AL. I may be coming down next weekend to take a look at it. I've been all around the South East looking for the right S2000 for me. Mr. Blake from Blake Automotive in Suwanee, GA texted me about the car which was listed on the S2kGA facebook.

Thats the info on the car (you may know the car just from that description). It is more modified than what I've been looking for, but I've had some pretty shit experiences with dealerships so I'm looking forward to talking to a normal person. I would really want to ditch the roll bar and replace all the cut trim. I've gotta do some more research and see what that would really entail to get the car back to a factory look and keep everything water tight and rust free. The wheels are also not something I would pick up myself, tho I really love the stock AP2 wheels so maybe I'm weird.

Finding an s2000 that is worth looking at with in about 6 hours drive from me has been difficult so far, but I have faith. I'm driving Sunday to Nashville to snag a pretty good deal I've found on a OEM Hardtop, hopefully I'll find a car to put it on lol.

Also call about this car this weekend and see if they could drop it by Blake Automotive some time next week, so Mr. Blake could let me know if it would be worth another drive to Atlanta.

Despite the carfax being clean, that fender has probably been messed with... apparently by people who didn't even care enough to apply the badge right, so there is no telling what else is done poorly on the car.

I swear man, the dealers website is right there. I didn't even notice it in the pictures, I was watching the video of the car the dealer uploaded on youtube and was like... "Did that just say 2000 S on the fender?"
