Spotted a BB on 195 in East Providence around 6:30, appeared to have hit the Jersey barrier median. My condolences

Waved to a GPW, with Tan interior in Middletown this morning around 11ish.... don't think you saw me in my Orange Subaru (or just wouldn't acknowledge).
