Fluid/tech/maintenance day?
I've been on here since 2003. (Yikes?!?) Back when our meets were 10% parking 90% driving. I remember plenty of Mohawk Trail drives, Cape Cod drives to Legal Bill's summer house. Even our little scavenger hunt around Boston suburbs looking for weathervanes on a list.
Anyway, I remember usually every season someone would host a fluids day where we could all work on our cars and even help out the less experienced guys get under the hood with some maintenance.
Anyone planning anything for 2015?

We did an open house last year at Kaizen Tuning for all makes & models, but it wasn't really a tech day for S2000's like you were looking for.
I loved the Mohawk cruise... we should put something together for leaf peeping season, would be a fantastic drive during the Fall.

If you plan it, they will come (maybe?) I was here back in 2005 and this was a great community, i Sold my S in 2010 and took a 3 year Hiatus from this forum. when I returned with my AP2 it was like culture shock to see that this place had nearly died. Took half the fun out of owning the car. Good thing the car is still A LOT of fun to drive!

Attendance/participated has waned for sure. Old people (like us) got involved with grandkids and other stuff, no longer plan meets. A few guys have moved on to other vehicles or made babies and have new lives.
As Kenta mentioned, he offered a meet/tech day and participation just wasn't there.
Headchef/Dave from NY is once again planning the Fall Harvest meet the weekend of 9/18. It's a lot of fun and open to S2000 folks of all age groups, not just Vintage. You don't have to stay at the hotel if you have other possibilities, but you do have to register/pay to attend the event.
Take charge people, plan a meet, and that just doesn't mean posting "Hey let's get together sometime." That doesn't work.
