help ~ Jumpy RPM and Stalls

My S blown a motor back last year, it also broke the ac compressor, I had a new engine rebuilt by Ballade Sport, the guy did a wonderful job by the way. Once that's done, i drove it for a while it was fine. I finally had the shop installed Kraftwerk SC , also Fixed AC. AC compressor is a used one from an old S.
Since then: when my car idles with AC on, the rpm gets jumpy, and stalls from time to time. (it is fine when AC is off). I was told that the ac compressor is putting on too much pressure on the gear, causing the rpm to drop. Any ways to fix? get a new AC compressor? thanks.

What year is your car? If it is a 00-05 then you might need to have the tune on the emanage checked out. I had some idle issues with my Kraftwerks because of the Emanage.
Church was able to work it out.
Another question. Why would you ever use a used A/C compressor?
