Yea... I am going to toss it (or give it to someone who is less anal about their car detailing products)...

I'll keep the car wash and the window cleaner though... That should be pretty harmless...

Armorall protectant works ok but I decided to replace it with 303 product because I prefer a matte looking finish on rubbers/plastics.

My favorite dressing is Meguiar's Mirror Glaze M40.

It goes on a little too shiny initially, but after wiping down with a dry cloth and waiting a few days, the level of sheen is perfect... The result is a nice finish with a nice clean interior odor (not quite a "new car" smell, but close).

I have been using it for years, and it continues to be my "go to" vinyl cleaner/dressing.

There's some confusion between the armor all natural finish and the shiny crap. I, along with others am talking about the natural finish

Armor All was always crap and still is. I prefer Aerospace 303 protectant. No greasy, shiny look which attracts dust. For plastic interior parts use Chemical guys black on black spray. I use regularly for my customers.

Lol I like how no one has actually proven that the current natural shine finish causes damage to a dash.

Like someone else said, the formula is very similar to 303

I have never used armorall products in my life. I hear terrible things about anything armorall.

Also, about a year ago I walked into a local pepboys and they had signs all over the armorall stuff stating this is known to breakdown plastic/rubber materials. I don't know which armorall products it was specifying. That being said, I will never use there products.

I use Chemical Guys and Blackfire - both interior cleaner and conditioner and I absolutely love it for my interior.

All exterior dressing including tires, I use CarPro PERL. This stuff is absolutely amazing. It comes in a 500mL bottle and is highly concentrated. I add like 1 part PERL for every 3 parts of water. Its water based and doesn't splatter or run and also doesn't make anything look too greasy.

All the products work similarly but of course a cheaper product doesn't mean it's going to "damage" anything. If that was true the company would be bankrupt , people just like to shit on anything that sells at your average Walmart. You get what you pay for it but it's certainly NOT going to damage things that is ludicrous thing to say .

I agree, no damage that I have ever heard of. However, I am charging top dollar for a professional detail. So I use professional products and Armor All doesn't cut it, period. I don't buy any of my products at Walmart and never will. For some, however, those products suffice and thats fine. BTW, all of the products do not work similarly. Try using a auto supply polish or sealant compared to products only available from detailing suppliers. Same for any products which pro detailers use. Do some research dude.
