What to expect of my aging low-mileage S2K?

Retorque your rear hubs. They were undertorqued from the factory. Its covered in that new owners thread linked above.

As for fluids, don't forget brake, clutch, and coolant. Change those fluids too. Gravity bleed the brakes and clutch. Be sure to properly bleed coolant when that is changed. Not easy on this car. Heater should almost burn your fingers. If not, you probably have air in the system, which could lead to a devastating overheat.
