I'm looking for an S2000.

Looking to spend $11k or less.

High mileage, stock, well cared for cars preferred.

Clean title, no accidents.

The closer to stock, the better.

Thanks!

Yeah, this isn't my first time on the internet. I've already looked at two cars from CL. I'm trying to utilize all channels available to me.

There were a lot of cars on AutoTrader when I looked last. Market seems up this year and you may have difficulty with your price and condition requirements.

I have no idea where you are or where the "upper Mid-West" might be. North Dakota? Folks in New England think Ohio is Mid West. Ain't.

I'm about as classic Upper Midwest/GLR as it gets.

Southeastern Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee specifically.

Market does seem up this year, I'll probably end up waiting until late fall/winter if necessary. I've got a daily and the longer I wait, the better my budget gets.

Great Lakes always seems more descriptive. Iowa is "Midwest!"

Watch the local cars for snow/salt corrosion. Low mileage car is less likely to have been subjected to this abuse. I'm on my second summer with my '06 and it's not a daily driver even in the summer -- for me at least.

Seen these listings?

Most of them are a bit more than I'm willing to spend at the moment, but the two cars on the lower end, one I've emailed and not gotten a reply, the other I actually test drove (listed for 10.5k)...and immediately ran away because it drove horribly. Would not pay more than 6k for it as I'd plan on a trans/diff swap at minimum.

It will be tough to find a car to meet your Criteria. I have seen some 06+ cars with higher mileagegrit sale in that price range. But I would stay away from the DBW cars possible.

Shoot, if you know of a DBW in that range, please send to me.
