Can't seem to find the "add friend" button. Maybe my browser is broken? Already checked the help section and it did not help....

Help section states that it should be right next to "Find my content" and "Send me a message" but that is all I have under user profile. Someone else told me that it is the little person with a green ball next to people's names but I can't click on that.

If a user has not disabled the "friend" function in their profile, then when you click on someone else's profile, you should see what's in my first attached image to this post.
You can also use the quicker pop-up version of view profile. See second image attached.
