Cylinder Misfire

Cylinder Misfire
Hello everyone, I need some help!
I have an 02 S2000, and cylinder 2 and 4 are misfiring. The previous owner did not take care of this car that well, so I'm trying to get her back into tip top shape. I've already replaced the spark plugs, which were in pretty bad shape. This did not fix the misfire code, and I'm still having a maintenance required light. What's the next step? Coil packs? Compression issue? Thanks guys, I look forward to hearing what you guys have to say.

Oil change at the very least. Leakdown test is better than compression IMO. You put the tester through the spark plug hole and blow air into the cylinders then check for leaks. Sometimes when you fix a CEL it takes 3 driving cycles before it goes away on it's own.
