Default 2015 Indycar discussion

Seems we don't have enough interest in individual Indy car races. So, I thought a general Indy car discussion thread would be nice when there is a big story, breaking news...........

Yet to finish watching the Honda Indy 200. What I've seen of the opening laps, it looks like an exciting race.

I actually went to that race. It's about a 5 hour drive for me. Great track for watching a race.
Saw over 30 S2000's there too.

I was making threads for every race, with no or almost no response to each thread. I got tired of talking to myself and stopped. I call it F1 snobbery."

^ not snobbery. I don't have time to watch all the races I want. I make sure to watch all F1 and Contiental Tire Series races though. Summer is track season too and there is also a lot of work and projects. So limited time to watch Indy Car. I did watch NOLA, Barber and in the process of watching M-O.

2 races to go: Poconos and Sonoma. 50 points to the winner of the Pocono race AND double points (100) will be awarded in the season final at the Sonoma road course. 10 drivers are mathematically alive, maybe with a real chance.

I'd like Rahal to win. But Chevy seems to have the better engine & aero.

I'd like to see Rahal win it too.
Honda is looking better each race. 7 out of the top 10 spots last race.
It will all come down to Sonoma.

My man, Helio, still has a chance. We may drive up to Sonoma. I good road trip in the Vette vert, maybe a little wine tasting.
