Default 24 psi on stock internals yellow s2k fairfax station

Asian guy in a yellow s2k which sounded like it had a small fi setup. A few weeks ago I was in the Prius and asked the guy how many lbs boost he was running and he said 24psi on a stock engine. I smiled and asked him again and he said "yep". I told him it was nice and that I have a Supra and evo I run on that street then light turned.

Bullshit. Why must people lie? There is no way he is running 24 psi on a stock engine. If so, id like to run you in the Supra at 20 psi... Call out. My last two s2ks were built internals and pushing it at 14psi pump.

That backroad is on Porsches list of great driving roads, its constantly packed with car and bike meets. Hampton rd in fairfax if anyone wants a great driving road. Love hearing the sounds while sleeping at night.

24 is doable on a stock long block. How long though?

Great tune, and not constantly raping it could last awhile.

I ran 23-24psi on the stock block for a while (E85). No issues at all

800+whp is possible on the stock block.

24 psi on a small ass turbo is way different than 14lbs on a good sized snail.

Did you ask to see his setup?

24 psi on pump gas on a stock, unopened engine is believable? Huh? Really?

Wow, that's not even possible on a turbo Supra without e85/meth.

I didn't ask to see his setup, we were both turning opposite directions. News to me if s2k's can run 24psi on a stock block w/pump gas. His car was running pump gas (the smell is obvious) and I was behind him for about 3 miles, he was running pretty damn rich.

thanks all!

Yes. 100% stock/unopened long block (E85).

Wow... What a waste of money if you put in all that work just to hit 14psi on pump...and to do this TWICE...ouch. The new KW bolt on kit comes stock pushing 14psi and the SOS kit we have many people pushing much more right here on the forums. All on stock engines BTW.
