Window tinting in Greenville
Thinking about tinting the windows on my S2K. Suggestions?
There is Rogers on Woodruff - I know. Anyone have any suggestions?
What about tint? I stopped by Rogers and was told it would be a good idea to go with a darker tint on the back window, lighter on the sides. Suggestions? Any feedback would be appreciated.
thanks!

I did my daily on Rogers and I'm very happy with the results. Sadly, it doesn't matter where you go you will have to wait. It seems that they aren't a lot of installers in this area and waiting time it's like two weeks

Hijacking my own thread here...
For those of you with tinted windows in SC, reading this thread: what percentage tint did you use. Legal in SC is 27% from what I understand. Anyone using 30% and happy with it?
Just curious...
Thanks!

yes 27% is the legal limit for driver/passenger doors. keep in mind that the s windows already have a 6% tint in them. so if you go 30%, that would put you at 24% which is illegal. go 35% and that will put you at 29% which is legal. I know this because I got pulled for tint on mine. I had 20% on mine. when the patrol man put his meter on it, it indicated I had 14%! stripped it to keep from getting a ticket. now back window can be as dark as you can stand it is what the officer told me. hope this sheds light on your questions.
