New in box, out of teh bag, but kept in the bag, inside the box

I have a brand new Recaro pole position seat in velour black. It is the new FIA approved/revised seat and the certification expires in 2020. I bought this from a friend and ended up going a different route for my CRX. This is still in the box with a bag on it. I simply installed the side rails. This has never been used in a car.

This seat is difficult to get right now as Recaro is sending out replacements worldwide. It is 1098 new plus another 112 for the side brackets.

If you do your math, I want 850 for the seat and brackets, which is over 350 dollars less than buying it new. This is a great deal
