So tonight I gave it a go. My work schedule is really in the way right now. I work shift change and I'm also the leader for my crew so I have to be responsible. Anyways, Tuesday I changed all my brake pads. Wednesday I worked 6-4. After work I had to go back to Scottsdale (I live in cottonwood) to borrow a fender roller from a fellow s2000 owner (The Volta) and I had an appointment the next morning at 7am in Buckeye for an alignment and to buy re11a'so from Steven (slws2k). Guess what? I need to be at work at 12 noon and I worked until 10pm. I could NOT source a heat gun for the sake of my life. So, I used a butane torch very carefully and it worked out great. To top it all off, I work this morning at 6am. It's 1:40am right now.
Anyways, here's the fender I did. Mind you, I was in a hurry and I've never done it before. But, it's critical i got it done tonight because I have the drive this Saturday and I do NOT want to be rubbing and plus, this is the only time I have to do this. Glad I got it done. I did run into complications with the passenger side. Cracked paint. Not hot enough. Thankfully, it's not visible.

Rest assured, I purposely drove over a bump and it did not rub. After the Sedona drive I'm going to do the fronts to get them ready for 225's.

Thanks guys. After next week I will relocate the bumper tabs if I can't get that done today. It's not an issue at the moment so I'm not too worried.

Update on this, bumper tabs did indeed rub with tires while in full lock.
