Rockstar Garage?
I placed an order for a roll bar and bulkhead bar last month sent payment on Sep 8th. They said they should be in stock the next week. I waited till the 27th and asked if they had got them shipped and they said on the 28th that they should be back Wednesday from powder coat and should ship the same day. Waited till Oct 7th and asked about it again and was told they just got them back. They replied the same day and said they got them back yesterday, so the 6th and that it should ship late that day or the next day. So on the 8th at like 10:50pm I got an email with tracking saying it had been shipped but all it is is the pre shipment.

Preshipment can mean a lot of things.. That its waiting for a truck with room for it go out, that a label has been printed, lots of things. I havnt heard of any issues with rockstar I would give it a few days to update. It could even be an error with the post not scanning the item going out. Not necessarily rockstars fault.

I talked to them yesterday they always respond back. They said it did indeed ship and I'll take their word for it. I hadn't heard/ read anything bad about them by any means just was curious about anyone else's experience with them. On the other side of this however I will say that regardless their customer service is on point they always respond within 24 hours of not hours or even minutes. Do bear in mind I wasn't angry with them or anything like that just for a first experience with a company that makes you a little nervous. I'll post back up whenever it updates.

Everything showed up a day or so ago. The post office just skipped every single scan until it got to my town. Rockstar even tracked it and messaged me when it was delivered.

So you had zero problem with RockStar? The title of your thread is misleading.

Way to many companies are doing it wrong now days no reason to spread a negative image about the ones doing it right.
